This repository contains the global bibtex file with all CSL publications.

## Adding publications:

1. Clone this repository
2. Add your publication's bibtext entry to the file *csl\_all\_publications.bib*.
 * Please include the publication's abstract.
 * Copy the url field from another publication, keep the path and change the filename to the name of your pdf.
 * Please do not use spaces in the PDF name. Use _ or similar instead.
3. Put your pdf file in file3.csl.uni-bremen.de:/data/data/CSL_Publications/ or /share/data/CSL_Publications.
4. Make sure to adjust the read and write permissions: `chmod go+rwx <filename>`
5. Push the repository. The pdf file will be copied to the webserver, so it is important that you add it *before* pushing the repository.

## The webhook
- When the repository is pushed, a webhook
  - pulls the repository on the webserver
  - uses rsync to copy the pdf files to the webserver
- For this, we use gitlab's custom hooks (see https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/custom_hooks.html)
- To modify the hook, ssh to gitlab.csl.uni-bremen.de
- On that machine, the repository is at /var/opt/gitlab/git-data/repositories/CSL-Website/Publications.git and the hooks are in the folder "custom_hooks"
